30 Madden is the latest addition to Willis Bond’s premium apartment living options in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter

Willis Bond & Co announces latest Wynyard Quarter development at 30 Madden

Willis Bond & Co has launched its latest development, 30 Madden, the next development in the company’s ambitious Wynyard Quarter residential project, which intends to rejuvenate an under-utilised area of the city and transform it into the new heart of Auckland.

Wynyard Quarter is being transformed into a world-class destination, showcasing the best of what Auckland has to offer. Part of this rejuvenation is 30 Madden, the next stage of Willis Bond & Co’s residential development, which went on sale in early September.
Willis Bond managing director, Mark McGuinness, says 30 Madden offers unique waterfront living in the heart of the new Wynyard Quarter in a beautifully designed purpose-built apartment building.

“We are proud to play a part in making the Wynyard Quarter a bustling community where people can live and enjoy the abundance of surrounding public spaces and parks, the multitude of nearby cafés and eateries, all available on the edge of Auckland’s beautiful harbour.”

Flourishing precinct

Since 2014 Willis Bond has been working with Panuku Development Auckland and some of New Zealand’s best architects to transform Wynyard Quarter from an industrial port location to a flourishing precinct in the heart of Auckland city, without losing its authentic character.

Willis Bond was charged with developing the residential component of the precinct, and Wynyard Central and 132 Halsey are already close to completion. 30 Madden is the latest addition to Willis Bond’s premium apartment living options in Wynyard Quarter, and once again, each home has been designed to make the most of the building’s stunning central waterfront location.

Designed by award-winning Studio Pacific Architecture, 30 Madden will deliver outstanding apartments worthy of the landmark site in a wide array of configurations, Mr McGuinness says. “The high-quality apartments will be designed to maximise the views and natural light, and will offer open-plan living areas to create a spacious feel.”

The first stage of the building will bring 90 new homes to the area, including four penthouses, a number of two-storey maisonettes and a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. “We’re confident that these high-quality, beautifully designed apartments will prove to be highly sought after by people looking to downsize or relocate into Auckland’s stunning Wynyard Quarter,” Mr McGuinness says.
