ASV Posi-Track โ€“ going to extremes every day

The Posi-Track PT-80 from ASV defines the next generation rubber track loader with class-leading technology. It provides extreme traction, lower ground pressure, maximum operator comfort, excellent machine controls, greater durability and faster routine maintenance.

The PT-80 is designed to work in the widest range of applications and most extreme of working environments for rubber track loaders today.

With an 80.5 horsepower turbocharged engine, this machine offers optimum performance in a very broad range of operating conditions, even high altitudes. This machine is also extremely productive with 2-speed drive motors which achieve speeds of up to 20km/h.

The PT-80 features ASV’s most advanced ISR-4 Rubber Track Undercarriage. This breakthrough technology includes 20-inch wide rubber tracks, more suspension, lower ground pressure and more durability than ever before.

High-flow 114lpm/3000psi auxiliary hydraulics are standard equipment on the PT-80. A new variable low-flow system is capable of zero to 76lpm and controlled by a thumb-activated switch on the joystick.

The PT-80 cab gives operators a new level of comfort and precision control never offered before on compact equipment. It includes new plush styling along with features that let you operate the PT-80 with ultimate comfort and productivity including a slide-up front door and suspension seat.

A full line of performance-matched attachments are available so you can make short work of virtually any task or job. A standard hydraulic quick-attach coupler makes changing attachments quick and easy.

The ASV Posi-Track range of machines is large, with nine models, from 30 to 100 horsepower.

This range is distributed in New Zealand by AdvanceQuip NZ Ltd, who also distributes a large range of attachments and work-tools for all skid steer loaders and excavators.

Trained service technicians are situated nationwide to provide service and support where required and a large inventory of parts is stocked in New Zealand.

There are now a large number of these machines operating in New Zealand in a huge variety of applications. In the construction sector they are being used for earthmoving, materials handling and landscaping. They can be utilised from the beginning of a project, right through to its completion. From initial site clearing to moving materials around onsite, then finishing work such as trenching, landscaping and fencing. The Posi-Track can do the job of many different machines – plus the jobs that no other machine can do.
